B/W nightshot, blue hour, sunrise … every light reveals another shape of the Christo installation “Arc de Triomphe, Wrapped, Paris, 1961-2021” with 25,000 square meters of recyclable polypropylene fabric in silvery blue, and 3,000 meters of red rope of the same fabric.

Standing up Sunday at 05:00 was absolutely worth it to capture this magic installation without passing by cars and other visitors, but the great plan was “spoiled” by a near trendy discotheque, so from 05:30 to 06:30 a lot of party people walked by and stopped for a insta … and after 07:00 many photographers arrived with their tripods so it was time wrap it up at 08:00 and find a good croissant. But I still got some nice shots as this Sunday was my only opportunity before they remove the installation again.
